I presume that "create derivative works" will include using your content to train AI LLMs (intentionally misnamed as 'generative' when it is really derivative AI.)
Google's business model has always been to profit from using other people's content, e.g. websites, to profit , e.g. Goolge ads, without paying the content creators.
As a bit an aside, Google has pretty much taken over the industry of business writing. Almost business writing now is SEO writing, and geared towards social media. And it will soon be done-- very inadequately and inelegently-- by "AI" and corporations won't care because... "free."
If you're a writer, you'd better be a graphic designer, because the only writers they hire have to know Adobe suite in detail.
