UPDATE on the WHO video: I called Schiff's office & emailed too
Can't say I'm confident he'll give a shit. But so that I 'whine not,' I though 'why not?'

Dear Assistant to the Assistant to the Chief Guy who works for the Congressman,
A short time ago, I had a chat with your colleague in Jamie Thompson's office. I called to discuss my grave concern about the World Health Organization's rather clandestine work to amend the International Health Regulations -- an action that would NOT require the approval of Congress. Amending the IHR, as you probably know, is not the same thing as signing a treaty...something that's also being discussed. The latter would require Senate approval; and thus, would be more subject to scrutiny.
What worries me at this stage is that even the most informed and intelligent members of Congress have concluded that the IHR and the so-called 'Treaty' are one and the same. They're not. It's as if the treaty has been floated as a red herring.
Should the IHR amendments be passed by WHO in May...it would literally spell the end of individual sovereignty, personal human rights, private property rights, and our very own government's power. The threat is existential.
If you have the bandwidth, this video is about 9 minutes long. It's a little dramatic, but the facts speak for themselves.
* Note Dr. John Campbell's cautionary words on what WHO has stricken from the language.
Finally, you may or may not be aware that WHO is violating its own policies and processes in order to push these through. Meetings have taken place in secret and timelines have been truncated.
Thank you for reading this and sharing it with the Congressman; as I told your colleague, I'm a registered R. But this SO transcends politics and partisan issues. For that matter, it goes beyond 'health.' It's freedom vs...captivity, I suppose!
