The Great (Agenda 2030/UN SDG) Land Grabs begin in earnest
They're coming to a disaster zone near you!
Imagine if someone in your bucolic, 'safe,' quiet, tree-lined Los Angeles neighborhood were to sell their property to a big developer. (I'm thinking this might be a fun experiment!)
Well, that's what Newsom just did to the Palisades (pictured above), while simultaneously filling his coffers with special interest and developer money.
And the state was quick to do after the Paradise Camp Fire, too. Check out the NPR spin.
As 2024 begins, officials in Paradise say last year was the most productive on record for new affordable housing developments in the town.
That’s because the federal government funded affordable housing projects in the Camp Fire burn scar for the first time last year.
That money is backing seven projects so far, four more affordable housing developments than the town had before the fire.
Affordable housing projects coming online include: 140 new apartments off Cypress Lane, 21 senior housing units on Pence Road, 43 units on Maxwell Drive and 12 affordable homes that burned in the Camp Fire.

Hawaii's governor did the same thing post Maui.
Among the thousands of homes, condos and apartments in Lāhainā that were damaged or destroyed by deadly wildfires was a three-story apartment building that opened less than a year ago to 89 local families.
Kaiāulu o Kupuohi opened in December with 20 one-bedroom, 34 two-bedroom and 35 three-bedroom apartments for families that earn less than 60% of the area median income, which equals $48,660 for a single person and $69,480 for a family of four. The wildfire destroyed the 9-month-old building, one of the few places on Maui a local family could reasonably afford to rent.
Back to our hypothetical in Los Angeles...
What would happen to your neighborhood were it to be wiped out by (homeless or power line) fire?
Why, you'd one day get to look at a big, ugly (black & yellow probably) Soviet-like box, with all sorts of renters who have zero stake in the neighborhood. (And there would be zero parking: imagine discarded, broken scooters dotting the side of the street.)
Meet your new neighbors!
"To qualify as Supportive Housing Multifamily Housing, a project must provide at least 40% of its units for the homeless, or individuals who have spent at least 15 days in “jails, hospitals, prisons, and institutes of mental disease.”
Here in LA, we don’t ‘do’ institutes of mental disease. Instead, we let addicts languish on the streets and supply them with more junk to shoot up their veins or smoke. It’s what they call ‘harm reduction.’
Consider the streets of LA open-air asylums.
Anyhow, under the guise of EQUITY (synonym for communism), Gavin has done just that to the Palisades. YET: not a whiff of that happening in the very rich, white, and wealthy Marin County, where he lives.
Meantime, NO ONE, including that dimwit Karen Bass has done any infrastructure improvements. She's too busy making Twitter videos about how nice MacArthur Park is and suing the federal government for purging illegal aliens from her unsustainable city.
Here’s how nice it is. This is MacArthur Park, where dimwit communist Mayor Karen Bass says children play! And the pathological liar Gavin Newsom says is “beautiful” with soccer fields!
It’s great if you want a stolen Social Security card, meth, fentanyl, or tranq, though.
You can watch here:
Because California voters are obsessed with their own deranged resistance to order, safety, the rule of law...and adoration of abortion, of course -- they pay no attention to how their lifestyle is being destroyed by the importation and manufacturing of poverty and dependency. Our own fucking grid and water supply can't handle this.
Earlier this year, The Center Square broke news that California state law and a local Los Angeles ordinance require fire-destroyed rent-protected housing — which includes all apartments in the city built before October 1978 — be replaced with low-income housing. Because the affordability requirements use county-level income data, not more local incomes, definitions for “low” and “very low” income housing reflect much lower incomes than the norm for the affluent Palisades community.
These plans are being imposed by a class of central-planning managers (in cahoots with multinational corporations) at much higher levels than the the clown governor in Sacramento or Hawaii’s own retard globalist, Josh Green.
It's a blueprint for a planet of renters who own nothing and live in a homogenous, group-think dystopian hell. This is Agenda 2030. These are the so-called Sustainable Development Goals.
Back in the Socialist-run shit-hole City of Angels, there’s no evidence of upgrading infrastructure, making sure dams are full and hydrants have been tested (for the public's edification), meth cooks are being extinguished permanently. Permits for Palisades are at a standstill for homeowners; but Gavin Newsom waived environmental regulations for developer buddies who are pissing on Palisades with ugly-ass shoebox apartments.
Keep an eye on the regions below — and hell, maybe throw in East Palestine.
There’s plenty of evidence to support cloud seeding as the cause. Arrogant, hubristic, power-hungry people do love to tinker with nature.
Regardless, expect more land grabs in the name of sustainability and affordability. It’s all bullshit. It’s all tyranny.
This is so evil.
May they rot in hell, asap
