This has provided a paper record with minimal information. But with bio-metric data, the new system is capable of assigning a digital ID to every living man, woman, and child born. Locked into the blockchain from day one, every person’s carbon footprint can be monitored, their compliance measured, and their overall value to the system can be calculated in real time.
