THEY WANT YOU DEAD. OR AT LEAST LOCKED-DOWN AND POOR.
IF THIS THING GOES ROGUE, IT’S BECAUSE ‘SCIENTISTS’ HAVE DONE GAIN-OF-FUNCTION.
SOMETHING STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN ABOUT THE FACT THAT THE GOVERNMENT IS FUNDING A VACCINE FOR A STRAIN THAT DOESN’T EXIST YET, RIGHT?
THUS FAR, THERE’S NO HUMAN-TO-HUMAN TRANSMISSION FROM THE ONE MAKING THE ROUNDS AMONG THE CHICKENS AND COWS.
SO IF THEY’VE ISOLATED A PATHOGEN, IT MEANS THEY COOKED IT UP IN A LAB.

Just to be contrarian, they did not specify what they meant by mass fatality planning. It COULD mean what would happen if they had to slaughter millions of livestock.
But yeah, it probably means "we're going to infect you with something else because you're not dying fast enough."
