WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A West Palm Beach woman is accused of spitting on an EMT after jumping on and shattering a Tesla's windshield at a car dealership.
On March 21, Palm Beach Sheriff's Office (PBSO) deputies responded to the Al Packer car dealership on the 1500 block of N Military trail to reports of criminal mischief.

A witness told deputies he saw a woman, later identified as 30-year-old Claudia Benson, walking suspiciously around parked vehicles, before hopping on top of the vehicles and jumping onto the front windshield...
When deputies arrived, a Palm Beach Fire Rescue was also called to assist Benson with her injuries. According to PBSO, Benson spit in the face of the EMT who attempted to render medical assistance.
This isn't Benson's first assault on a medical professional, earlier this month on March 11, deputies say Benson was accused of striking a care worker at JFK North hospital, according to police records.
The manager of the dealership told deputies that Benson had shattered a Tesla windshield causing $1,000 in damages.
