NY Senate GOP is urging @SecKennedy to investigate Kathy Hochul’s overhaul of the CDPAP program. In 8 days over 100,000 elderly and disabled New Yorkers will lose their Medicaid home healthcare, and 600+ businesses will be shut down.

“We request that @HHSGov open an investigation into its implementation and the motivation behind this deeply flawed process.” Kathy Hochul overhauled this Medicaid program and gave the entire contract to her billionaire donor friend at the advice of a consulting firm which owns 25% of her friend’s company.
