OF COURSE, not all CHIPs are bad.

This Chip is a bad-ass. And the tyranny he’s referring to includes what the PSYCHOS in the European Union are planning. Our own government is, too (and if the tattered U.S. Constitution prevents them, Fascist corporations will do their dirty work).
