Who are the summit's backers, in addition to SyllabusX: which governments, NGOs, corporations (Pharma, in particular), foundations (e.g. GAVI), individuals?

Why is this taking place in the U.S.? 

What role does the U.S. government play in this summit?

Why it it scheduled for October, if the Bird Flu is such a threat to humanity and the food supply (as evidenced by the drumbeat of corporate media)  in light of the facts that...

- CO Governor Polis has declared a 'disaster emergency'? 

- U.S. government has contracted Moderna to develop a vaccine (for a strain that has not yet emerged)? 

- and the culling of chickens is already well underway? 

How much money does SyllabusX hope to net? 

Why did a staffer who identified herself as a media contact hang up on independent journalist Clayton Morris, when he called with similar questions the week of July 9?

Will the public be able to participate, ask questions, monitor the break-out sessions and lectures?

Why is there no session about protection of civil liberties and human rights? Both, by the way, were stricken from the World Health Organizations 'One Health' framework.
